Ingredients
- 450.000 g ground chicken
- 0.500 cup green onions
- 2.000 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1.000 tbsp garlic
- 1.000 tbsp ginger
- 0.330 cup broth
- 0.500 tsp chili flakes
- 0.500 tsp black pepper
- salt
- 2.000 tsp olive oil
- 10.000 dumpling or wonton wrappers
- green onions
- chili oil
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 450g ground chicken with 0.5 cup green onions, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 0.33 cup broth, 0.5 tsp chili flakes, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Place about 1-2 tbsp of the filling mixture in the center of each dumpling or wonton wrapper.
- Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the dumplings for approximately 20 minutes until crispy and cooked through, without needing to fold them.
- Top with optional garnishes such as green onions, chili oil, and sesame seeds before serving.
