Homemade Chipotle Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 0.500 cup Sour cream
- 0.500 cup Mayonnaise
- 2.000 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1.000 tsp Adobo sauce
- 1.000 Garlic
- 1.000 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 0.500 tsp Salt
- 0.250 tsp Cumin
- 1.000 tsp Water
Instructions
- Remove 2-3 chipotle peppers from the can. If you want a mild sauce, scrape out the seeds first.
- Place the sour cream, mayo, chipotles, adobo sauce, garlic, lime juice, salt, and cumin into a blender or small food processor.
